SplitRatio is designed to work without sign-up and only stores what is needed to provide the service.

Receipt image processing

Images you upload are compressed in the browser and sent to an AI provider for temporary text extraction. We do not save images to SplitRatio disk or databases.

Temporary summary links

When you create a link, it stays open for 3 days, then it can no longer be opened. Transfer-slip images are deleted after 3 days as well. Bill records such as names, food totals, net amounts, and payment status may be kept internally for up to 30 days for special support cases, then deleted automatically. Transfer slips are visible only to someone with the manage link while the link is still active.

Technical data

We use IP addresses to limit image scans and control costs. We do not build user profiles or sell this data.
